Cashera has combined its US and UK small business funding operations under one brand and leadership team. The Miami-headquartered company is building a shared technology platform, with additional products planned for 2027.

The consolidation brings together businesses previously operating as Cashera Capital in the United States and Cashera in Britain. Its customers include independent contractors, e-commerce sellers, micro-business operators and established companies.

In its company announcement, Cashera reported 1,000% growth in US Instant application volume since January 2026. That figure measures applications, rather than completed funding deals or revenue.

Current Funding Products Differ By Market

Cashera Instant currently provides automated cash flow financing to independent contractors and micro-business operators in the United States. The company says applications take approximately five minutes, with decisions returned in minutes around the clock.

Its UK Growth product serves established businesses through a dedicated London team. Current unsecured loans range from £5,000 to £300,000 across retail, hospitality, motor trade, beauty, e-commerce and healthcare.

Cashera plans to raise Growth funding to as much as £500,000 per deal in the near term. That larger amount is a planned expansion, rather than the current range described in the announcement.

The company also plans to introduce Instant’s automated technology in Britain in 2027. It expects UK Instant funding to reach £10,000, with returning customers eventually able to access up to £20,000.

A Shared Engine For Funding Decisions

Cashera calls its proprietary underwriting and decision engine Apolo. The system covers data analysis, risk assessment and approval, and currently supports automated decisions for US Instant applications.

According to Cashera, its scoring model combines transaction-level data with other information through internally developed algorithms and machine-learning models. The company says this approach assesses current financial activity and cash flow rather than relying primarily on traditional credit history.

Founder and CEO Mark Allayev described Cashera as a technology company first. He said the business has invested heavily in its technology team and infrastructure to simplify access to capital.

The executive team has worked together for over a decade in small business finance. Cashera says that team built Instant’s systems over the past eighteen months while establishing its UK operation.

New Head of Risk Aravind Muralidharan brings experience from Kabbage, American Express and Zip. His remit includes developing credit models and risk strategy as the company expands.

Partners And The 2027 Product Roadmap

Cashera distributes products almost entirely through referral partners instead of a direct sales force. Partners receive dashboards and co-branded tracking links showing traffic, applications, offers and funded deals attributed to them.

Head of Partnerships Mike Assim said visibility for partners helped guide the dashboard’s development. The company is expanding its US referral network across brokers, lead-generation platforms, gig-economy marketplaces and workforce apps.

Cashera Flow, a flexible line of capital, remains in development for a 2027 launch in both countries. The company is designing it for instant approval and developing accompanying iOS and Android applications.

For prospective borrowers, the distinction is practical: US Instant and UK Growth are current offerings. Flow, UK Instant and the larger UK funding limits remain announced plans.
